Changing your attitude towards food is an important step towards successful lose weight diets. Eat when you’re hungry, not because you want to eat. Don’t eat for comfort or simply because your bored. If you eat too much, you get tired and lazy because your body is working too hard trying to break down the contents of your stomach.
